Shipping Policy
a) Delivery Methods
In Europe, deliveries are made with: La Poste “COLISSIMO”, Mondial Relay, or Colis Privé.
We usually prepare your parcels within 48 hours. Delivery times with Colissimo are 2 to 3 working days.
La Poste will inform the Buyer by email (to the address provided when placing the order) of all the steps in the tracking of the order, from dispatch to final delivery. The La Poste tracking number and the progress of the delivery steps indicated will serve as proof for all exchanges with our Customer Service Department.
All claims regarding delivery progress must be made with our Customer Service, supported by clear and precise photos. In case of a dispute, the tracking steps shown on La Poste’s website shall prevail.
In the event of an epidemic or exceptional situation, IELIDI cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
An order is dispatched only once it has been processed by IELIDI.
In any case, the order is executed within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the day following that on which the Buyer validated the order, subject to full payment of the price and compliance with the purchasing conditions defined in the “Purchasing Conditions” article of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
IELIDI undertakes to respect its dispatch deadlines. The carrier will be held responsible for any unreasonable delay.
The date on which the parcel leaves the carrier’s facility shall be taken as the reference, and not the final delivery date to the customer.
If delivery has not taken place by the end of this period, the Buyer may cancel the order under the conditions set out in the “Delivery Delay” article below.
Any request for handling a dispute must be supported only by real and clear photos; without a photograph of the shipping carton showing the total weight of the parcel clearly visible, any request will be considered unfounded and abusive.
b) Delivery Delay
If the maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days is exceeded, the Buyer may exercise the right to cancel the order by contacting Customer Service at:

From the date this right is exercised, IELIDI will refund all amounts paid by the Buyer (including shipping costs), using the same payment method, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the cancellation, excluding any other compensation.
In the case of partial delivery (delivery in several shipments), this right only applies to the undelivered balance of the order.

The Buyer is informed that the duration of an investigation with the carrier is uncertain and may be relatively long, as the Seller does not control its progress.
If, during this investigation, the order is found, it will be shipped immediately to the delivery address indicated in the order.
If, at the end of the investigation, the loss of the order is confirmed, IELIDI will either reship the Product(s) at its own expense to the Buyer or, in the event of permanent unavailability, refund to the Buyer, on the bank account debited when placing the order, all sums paid.
b) Receipt
Each delivery is deemed completed as soon as the Product(s) are made available to the Buyer by the Carrier.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check immediately upon receipt the conformity and integrity of the delivered Product(s).
If the Buyer has chosen delivery to a collection point, the parcel must be collected within a maximum of 8 days. If it is not collected, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. In this case, we may either resend the parcel to the customer at their own expense, or refund the customer after deducting the return shipping costs from the total refundable amount.
Any anomaly/reservation identified at the time of delivery (including late delivery, missing product or damaged product) must be clearly and precisely indicated by the Buyer on the receipt given by the Carrier at the time the Products are handed over, and/or confirmed by registered letter to the Carrier within three (3) days following receipt of the order.
Any such reservation must also be notified in parallel and as soon as possible to the Seller’s Customer Service at:
