QUESTIONS Related to Shipping and Returns

All orders are processed within 24 hours in our facility.

The delivery time then depends on the carrier and varies between 24h and 48h (excluding weekends) for Europe.

When you place an order, you will receive an email containing your order summary along with your tracking code.
You can then go to your customer account, under the “My Orders” section, to track the status of your shipment.

You have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date you receive your parcel. Returned items must be unopened, undamaged and complete.

We will then issue a return label for you to send your parcel back. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the amount received within 14 days by bank transfer, after we have received and checked the returned products.
