Conditions for the Money-Back Guarantee

If you do not see or feel satisfactory results with our products, you may request a refund, subject to the following conditions:

1. Provide Before/After Photos of Use

To properly assess your request, we ask you to provide before and after photos showing the use of the product over a period of at least 60 days.

The conditions for taking the photos are strict to ensure a fair comparison:

  • The photos must be clearly dated to prove the period of use.

  • They must be taken with the same angle, same distance, and under the same lighting conditions (natural or artificial) to eliminate any bias in the analysis.

  • Differences caused by changes in lighting, shadows or angle may lead to the rejection of the request.

We require these criteria to ensure that the comparison is fair and that a proper analysis can be carried out.

Details of the Return Policy

If you wish to return a product for another reason (non-compliant product, unused product, etc.), please follow the conditions below:

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions for Eligibility

For a return request to be accepted, products must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Any product that is opened, used or damaged cannot be refunded.

Return Procedure

 so we can provide you with the return instructions.

2. Prepare the Parcel

Return the products in secure packaging so that they arrive in perfect condition at our facility.

3. Return Address

Once your request has been approved, we will send you by email the return label to be affixed to your parcel.

Return Fees and Refund Terms

Return handling fees are deducted as follows:

  • Outbound and return shipping costs:
    €5.90 (outbound) and €5.90 (return) will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return.

  • Processing fee:
    An amount of €2.90 will also be deducted to cover administrative costs.

Total refund amount = Order amount – Shipping fees & return fees

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase, within 7 to 15 business days after receipt and validation of your return.

Special Cases

Defective or Incorrect Product

If the product received is defective or incorrect, return costs will not be deducted, and we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

Refusal of Refund

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Photos that are not dated or do not meet the specified criteria (angle, lighting, biased comparison).

  • Products that have been opened or used in a way that does not comply with our policy.
